ORASCOM Telecom (Iraqna) SECURITY SERVICES
Private Contract
Contract Period: November 2004 – May 2006

AISG successfully completed a security service contract with the ORASCOM Telecom (Iraqna) throughout Iraq. The project scope was to provide static security for more than 46 villas, including warehouses, storeroom, towers, offices, headquarters throughout Iraq; deploy more than 1,500 Iraqi guards, PSD, & QRF, for security convoy and escorting; provide communication system for each headquarters, warehouses, and villas; supplies of weapons and ammunition; and force protection improvements for ORASCOM facilities as deemed necessary.

JCC-I signed and awarded Contract# W91GY0-06-D-0004 to extend AISG Services at MPSA for up to a maximum of 1 ½ year
Scope of Service:
AISG/IS currently performing an Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection Services as part of AISG Life Support Services contracts to Joint Contracting Command – Iraq (JCC-I), located at Mosul Public Safety Academy (MPSA). The scope of the work is;
(1) To establish security measures for the safeguarding of all equipment and operations assets, to provide any required physical security protective measures and security procedures in coordination with applicable AT/FP measures implemented for the site and consistent with Academy design. Responsible for all force protection and security for contractor personnel and Academy. Responsible for providing personnel resources to the perimeter of the Academy in support of AT/FP. Responsible for providing security for convoys moving supplies and equipment in support of the contract without assistance from the U.S./Coalition forces.
(2) Provide Expat Security Manager 24/7 to oversee and respond to force protection and operational issues as they arise. Responsible for processing, making, and maintaining an inventory of all MPSA identification badge.
(3) Provide Security Guards at the main gate of the Academy 24/7, and provide all materials, equipment to effectively operate the Entry Control Point (ECP).
(4) Provide Security Guards at the Cadre Compound and security protection to all Coalition personnel 24/7, including roving patrols, perimeter security, and conduct vehicle inspections. Perimeter Towers will be checked at least once every two hours.
 
AISG/IS Security personnel successfully defended and secured the MPSA camp during an insurgent attack in May 2005.

(1) Provide any required physical security protective measures and security procedures in coordination with applicable AT/FP measures implemented for the site and consistent with the base camp design for physically securing spaces, buildings, etc.
(2) Responsible for all force protection and security for contracting personnel and government property.
(3) Provide Expat Security Manager 24/7 to oversee and respond to force protection and operational issues as they arise.
(4) Responsible for providing security for convoys moving supplies and equipment in support of the contract without assistance from the U.S./Coalition forces.

Scope of Service
Provide construction services and build a 4000 man camp. Provide security and life support or all personnel including the Coalition forces personnel and construction personnel. Roving patrols, ECP’s, tower and static guards at the construction and life support site.

Supply operations and camp construction begun during Second Battle of Fallujah and after failure of three highly experienced contractors.

Sandbagging walls, vehicle control arms and spikes, T Walls, 6 guard towers, and reinforced blast walls at DFAC. Life support for all personnel based at location including meals, laundry, fuel, generators, etc.

USAID SECURITY ESCORTING SERVICES

AISG successfully completed a security escort services contract with USAID inside the International Zone, the scope of work encompassed daily escorts for an average of 150 USAID contractor workers/personnel and more than 25 trucks/vehicles between designated checkpoints and USAID compound.
